Guruvayur Temple Marriage Halls Booking procedure
- Copy of SSLC Attested document required from Bride and Groom for age proof or Birth Certificate
- Copy of Aadhar Cards/ Passport/ Election ID/ Any Govt ID proof required for Residential proof
- Copy of Bride’s parents’ and Groom parent’s Aadhar Cards/ Any Govt ID proof.
- The Bride and Bride’s parents must be Hindus
- The Groom and Groom’s parents must be Hindus
- The Bride must be 18 years and above.
- The Groom must be 21 years and above.
- 3 to 6 months advance booking is required as halls are limited.
- Two Ac and One Non-Ac are available for advance booking.
- Only arranged marriages are allowed at these function halls.
- It is common practice in Guruvayur that Thalikettu will be performed inside the temple.
- The marriage hall will be used for Pre and Post marriage rituals.
- Thalikettu Registration cost Rs.500 per couple.
- Breakfast and Lunch can be arranged at the function hall at additional charges.
Online booking is not available for marriage halls. Only counter booking is available on submitting required documents. Those who are planning for Thalikettu can book one month in advance.
