Our Sanskriti & Gyan Temples Pooja, Darshan, and Timings Rahu Graha Japam in Srikalahasti is performed daily. The puja lasts for about 3-4 hours with six priests chanting mantras. - Women can participate in this puja after the fifth day of their menstrual cycle.
- If there is any death in the family, one should perform the puja after 3 months.
- One should stop consuming non-veg and alcohol for another 11 days after the puja.
- Three days before the puja, one should abstain from alcohol and non-vegetarian foods.
Rahu Graha Japam in Srikalahasti
Rahu Graha Japam of 18,000 may take two days to complete with three Brahmins. On the first day, we perform Sankalpam over the video call, and on the second day, we perform homam. Six Brahmins are needed to complete the puja in a single day. The total of 19,980 Japa Sankhya will be recited during this puja. You can perform this puja on any day. An astrologer can let you know the auspicious day for this puja. Mantra chanting begins in the evening for a two-day puja, and homam is performed in the morning. In a one-day puja, the puja starts at 7 a.m.
