Tirumala is connected with Bus Route. After reaching Tirupati either by Train, Air or Bus. One should start the journey to Tirumala either By Bus or Own vehicle.
Steps to follow after reaching Tirupati
1) From Tirupati Railway Station, Tirupati Central Bus station is 1 Km away. There are plenty of Share autos which are running.
2) From Tirupati Bus station, Tirumala buses are running at a frequency of 10 mins.
3) Balaji Link Bus Station near Alipri do run buses to Tirumala. If occupancy is not 100% then Tirumala Buses from Central Bus station halt as pilgrims choose this station as well.

Tirupati Central Bus station -> Leela Mahal Junction (Tirumala Buses do stop here for pilgrims) -> KapilaTheertham Nandi Circle (Tirumala Buses stop here for a while) -> Balaji Link Bus station (Stop here for a while) ->Alipiri Security Check -> Tirumala Ghat Road
The above mentioned Bus Stops is only during Off-Season when Seats are not filled. If seats are filled right at Tirupati Central Bus station. Then Tirumala Buses will not stop at any of these Stop Points.

From Tirupati Bus station to Tirumala, there will be a bus in every 15 mins. Journey to Tirumala is 45 mins journey.

3. Tirupati to Tirumala will not take more than 45 mins by bus + 15 mins walk to ATC reporting area from bus station.

2. Yes, regular buses available from Tirupati to Kanipakkam. If bus is not available to Kanipakkam then try to reach Chittoor. From Chittor, Kanipakam is easy accessible. After Kanipakam return to Chittoor and board buses to Vellore. Bus frequency is good from Chittoor bus station to Vellore Golden temple.

I saw that the NRI ticket counter is open from 12:00 – 5:00pm. Is it possible to get the NRI tickets the same day and finish the darshanam in 2 hours?
we have flight to hyd at 6:00pm. so we have to finish darshanam by 3:30pm maximum. Not really sure of the NRI darshanam timings. this will be on 1st or 3rd of august.

I got Seegradarshan ticket(Rs. 300) for 11:00am slot on 20July 2016. I can reach tirupati by 8 or 9:00pm a day before, and have to reach Tirupati airport by 2:45pm(20 July) anyhow to catch return flight. Can you please help me in planning things better?

It takes 1 hour 45 mins for Darshan + 20 mins for Laddus + 20 mins walk to room. Please book Rs.500 rooms which will be at Kausthubham. Even if you book Rs.2000 room it will not take more than 15 mins by walk and 5 mins by TTD free bus which connects all cottages. Darshan will not take more than 30 mins at Ammavari temple Tiruchanoor and 30 mins at Govindaraja Swamy temple

Renigunta to Tirupati/Tirumala bus service starts at 4:30 am as Tirumala Ghat road remains closed from 12 am – 3 am. Room allotment counter opens at 6 am and closes at 10 pm. For time being, please use the facilities at Srinivasam complex PAC center, where you can deposit your belongings in the locker.
It is a weekday so rooms will be easily available but counter opens at 6 am only. I will check on the bus timings from Renigunta to Tirupati Bus station. Srinivasam complex is located right opposite to Tirupati bus station

there is only one tirupathi railway station and on arrival getting room is difficult sir need to wait to get the room and you can get the free buses from tirumala to alumelumangapuram but there is no exact timings,it depends upon the piligrims buses will move and for more details you can contact at 9393939510

Andhra Pradesh Transport is so cunning and cruel department where they don’t have an intension of proving a transportation service to the commuters/devotees.
No proper bus facilities between Tirumala-Tirupati. Officers are selfish and they never release the buses according to the crowd because they tied up local taxi people and make them beneficial of this crowd to carry in their taxi and get a bribe from them.
Andhra Pradesh Transport staff is unprofessional, rude and inhuman.

This is not good at all…ttd buses from tirumala are not following any rules and regulations with passengers…only few buses are going to tirupathi…people are suffering with insufficient buses..there is no bus conductor also…this is not how maintain service is tirumala….every bus is over crowded because of insufficient buses…the bus people also very rude to public…this is not fair…government should take care of it
