Magha Suddha Panchami day will be celebrated as Vasantha Panchami or Sri Panchami or Saraswati Jayanthi. As per the Puranas, Goddess Saraswathi took birth on this day. This day is auspicious for all kinds of works.

One child, Siblings, Father and Mother are allowed on a ticket. Extra members are allowed on purchasing Rs.100 ticket each.

Preferable Dress Code

Men: White Pancha, Dhoti/ Kurta, Pyjama.
Female: Saree with blouse/ Punjabi Dress with Dupatta / Chudidhar with Dupatta/ Half Saree.
Child to wear White Dress. As White colour is preferable for Goddess Saraswati.

Aksharabhyasam Saraswati Pooja Instructions

Woke up in the early hours ie Brahma Muhurtham between 4:24 am to 5:12 am
Take a head bath
Wear white clothes
Worship the deity with white flowers
Offering Milk or Curd or Butter or Modakam or Wheat flour items or Milk Rice prepared with Cow milk and Ghee or bananas (Optional)
Offering White Clothes to the deity (Optional)
Offering Muthyala (Pearl garland) Mala is Optional
