Sarpa Samskara Pooja in Srikalahasti is performed on all days. On the second day of the two-day puja, Naga Pratishta takes place. Individuals perform this puja outside the main temple. 1. One should refrain from consuming non-vegetarian food for three days before the puja.
2. A woman can perform this puja after the fifth day of her menstrual cycle.
3. If there is a death in the family, you can perform this puja after six months.
4. A Brahman can perform this puja on your behalf.

People perform this puja for two days. The puja removes any Sarpa dosha acquired by killing a snake knowingly or unknowingly. If this dosha remains unresolved, it will negatively affect the family members. Anyone removing or obstructing the snake’s routine path will suffer from sarpa dosha.
