As per the Legend, Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvathi got married here in this Temple. Lord Brahma and Lord Vishnu performed the rituals for the marriage.  Dhuni here in this temple is believed to be the holy and newlywed couple’s go around the Dhuni.

Triyuginarayan Temple Marriage Procedure

1. The Bride must be 18 years and above
2. The Groom must be 21 years and above
3. Anyone can get married at Triyuginarayan Temple.
4. Even foreigners can get married at this temple. But Marriage happens following Hindu rituals.
5. Bride and Groom’s Aadhar Cards photocopies or Passport Photocopies (First and Last page).
6. Parents’ or Relatives’ presence is not mandatory.
7. Marriage happens outside the temple
8. Love Marriages are also allowed in this Temple.
9. A receipt will be issued by the temple authorities stating marriage details.
10. With a marriage receipt, the couple can register their wedding anywhere in India.
11. Summer is highly preferred for the wedding as snowfall will be there in the winter.
