Aippasi Amavasya Pitru Dosha Puja in Rameswaram is performed to remove Pitru Dosha. Amavasya is auspicious for the Pitru pujas. Anyone can perform this puja regardless of the dosha. This puja is intended to appease the spirits of Pitru Loka’s ancestors. Ancestors are there to bless their clan members. They will curse when their family members ignore them. It might cause difficulties for the existing family members. Any Pitru dosha puja on an Amavasya day will be effective. One should take a head bath before and after the puja. It is advisable to fast while performing this ritual. Two to three priests will perform the ritual. The puja duration is 3 hours. A single person or a couple can perform this puja. The puja starts at 6 a.m. on an Amavasya day. On a normal day, the puja starts at 7.30 a.m. We supply the puja articles for the ritual. Aippasi Amavasya Pitru Dosha Puja in Rameswaram
A father can perform this puja on behalf of their son or daughter. Even if the dosha is visible in their Kundali, they cannot perform it if their father is alive. Pitru dosha might be passed on either from your ancestors or from your previous birth. If it is from your previous birth, then this dosha will not appear in your father’s Kundali. This puja should be rectified as early as possible. Otherwise, it might cause troubles in your personal and professional life. We don’t suggest fasting for the elderly and children. This is an individual puja. Pitru dosha will trouble every other family member. Thila Homam should be performed to pacify the ancestors’ souls. An astrologer can let you know the auspicious day for this ritual. The mantra count depends on the severity of the dosha.
In certain cases, a Brahman will carry out the final rites on your behalf. Pregnant ladies cannot participate in this ritual. Even family members cannot perform this puja when a family member is pregnant. The eleventh-month ritual should be followed when performing this puja if there has been a recent death in the family.
