Male: White Pancha, Dhoti/ Kurta, Pyjama.
Female: Saree with blouse/ Punjabi Dress with Dupatta / Chudidhar with Dupatta/ Half Saree
At present devotees are allowed with Shirt and Pant as well. No restriction on the dress code.

Srikalahasti Sarpa Dosha Nivarana Pooja Procedure
- One must perform head bath in the early hours (not mandatory)
- It is advisable to perform this Pooja on fasting
- Pooja ticket cost includes Pooja materials as well
- No need to purchase additional Pooja materials
- The devotees are allowed to sit inside the Mandapam
- This Pooja has to be performed as a couple or single only.
- Two persons are allowed on a ticket
- Helpers will be assisting the devotees in arranging the Pooja materials
- The priest will be running thru the Pooja procedure in English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi Languages
- After Pooja, the devotees are allowed to have Darshan
- The devotee must deposit the two serpent idols in the Hundi located at Lord Siva inside the temple
- It is not advisable to carry serpent idols to home.
- Darshan might take 30 to 45 mins, depending on the crowd status

- Not advisable to consume Non-veg prior and after the Pooja for 3 days
- Women can perform this Pooja after 8th day of their menstrual cycle
- Not to visit Relatives/ Friends/ other temples after this Pooja
- Advisable to reach his present or home after this Pooja
- Good to perform this Pooja twice in a year
