Pooja Location: Abhishekam performed to the main deity. It is advisable to perform this Pooja after performing Rahu Ketu Pooja.

Rudrabhishekam Pooja Dress Code

Men: White Pancha, Dhoti/ Kurta, Pyjama.
Female: Saree with blouse/ Punjabi Dress with Dupatta / Chudidhar with Dupatta/ Half Saree.

Men must remove their Shirt and Vests during the Abhishekam. The devotee can wear Upper cloth.

Srikalahasti Rudrabhishekam Procedure

  • Pooja ticket can be purchased on arrival at the counter for the same day Abhishekam
  • Monday, Saturday and Sunday will be crowded so 1 to 2 hours of advance booking is advisable.
  • Ticket cost includes Pooja articles charges as well.
  • This Pooja will be performed for a group of devotees
  • The devotees are allowed to sit inside the Garbha Gruha while the Priest performs the Abhishekam to the Vayu Linga Srikalahasteeswara
  • Children under 10 years are allowed with their parents. No ticket is required for them.
  • The priest performs the Abhishekam with Milk, Curd, Sugar, Sandal paste, Turmeric, Kumkum etc
