As of now, there is no restriction on the Dress Code for Pooja and Darshan. But the display boards are placed in the temple premises which highlights the traditional dress code for Special Poojas.
- Temple Timings: 5:00 am – 9:00 pm
- Darshan Timings: 6:30 am – 8:30 pm.
- Darshan Duration: 60 – 90 mins.
- Rahu Ketu Pooja Duration: 30 to 45 mins.
Srikalahasti dress code for Rahu Ketu Kala Sarpa Dosha Pooja
- Men can wear Jean and Shirt for the Rahu Ketu Kala Sarpa Dosha Nivarana Pooja.
- Female devotees can wear any decent outfit. It is advisable to wear the traditional dress code for these special Poojas.
- It is said that blue is preferable for Rahu/Ketu Bhagavan Pooja.
- Wearing a blue-colored pant, a shirt, a Carry kerchief, a churidar, / dupatta is preferable during this Pooja.
- Notice Boards were placed in the temple premises to follow the traditional dress code.
- Shoe-keeping and mobile depositing centers are available at the South Gopuram entrance and the main temple entrance.
Srikalahasti Temple dress code for Darshan
- Sarva Darshan and Special Darshan tickets are available at this temple
- Sarva Darshan (Free Darshan) usually takes long hours during weekends and on special days.
- There is no restriction on the Dress Code. But dress code must be decent enough.
- Night pants/ Lungi/ Shorts/ Skirts/ Nighties may not be allowed during Darshan
Srikalahasti Temple Dress Code for Nithya Kalyanam and Rudrabhishekam
- Male devotee: Must wear Dhoti. The vest must be removed during the Seva. Wearing Upper cloth is allowed.
- Female Devotee: Must wear Saree/ Half Saree/ Chudidhar with Dupatta
- Child: Any decent outfit
Srikalahasti Dress Code for KumKum Archana, Rudra Homam and Chandi Homam
- Male devotee: Must wear Dhoti. The vest must be removed during the Seva. Wearing Upper cloth is allowed.
- Female Devotee: Must wear a saree, half saree, or chudidar with Dupatta
- Child: Any decent outfit
Srikalahasti Temple Darshan Rules
- Mobile phones are not allowed inside temple premises.
- Wearing Footwear is not allowed on the temple premises.
- There is no photography on the temple premises. Mobile phones, cameras, and other electronic gadgets will be deposited outside the temple.
- Depositing Counter charges Rs.5 per mobile and Rs.5 for the footwear.
- Luggage depositing Lockers are available at the Gopuram entrance.
- Rs.50, Rs.100, Rs.200 tickets are available for Darshan.
Please note that the crowd will be high on Masa Sivaratri days, Sivaratri festival days, Amavasya days, Grahanam days, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Karthika Masam days.
