Our Sanskriti & Gyan Temples Pooja, Darshan, and Timings Ayush Homam in Gokarna is performed daily. This puja will be performed in a yagashala outside the Gokarna Mahabaleshwar Temple. The puja lasts for about 2 hours. Anyone can perform this puja regardless of their age. Ayush homam is performed to increase the lifespan. This puja is advisable for the elderly and children. Newborn babies can perform this puja on their first birthday. It is advisable to perform this puja once a year. Two priests will perform Ayush Homam, Ayushya, or Ayul Homam.

Instructions to be followed
- Women can participate in this puja after the fifth day of their menstrual cycle.
- If there is any death in the family, one should perform the puja after 3 months.
- One should stop consuming non-veg and alcohol for another 11 days after the puja.
- Three days before the puja, one should abstain from alcohol and non-vegetarian foods.
