Gau Daan Procedure, Cost, and Benefits Before and After Death.

One of the most divine Daan that someone may perform in their lifetime is Gau Daan. Daan means to give, and Gau signifies cow. According to Indian mythology, every human has seven mothers: a birth-given mother, a king’s wife, Mother Earth, a Brahmin, the Guru Patni, a nurse, and Mother Cow. The mother cow’s milk is comparable to the cow’s. The Vaitarni River is mentioned in the 47th chapter of the Preta Khanda of the Garuda Purana. The soul must cross this river after death, once it departs from the body. Those who have made good daans and karmas throughout their lives would have no trouble crossing the river. Gho Danam devotees are said to never, once they pass away, fall into the Vaitarni River. Shiva Linga Pratishta Procedure, Cost, and Benefits

Shiva Linga Pratishta

To achieve their desires for Dharma, Artha, Kama, and Moksha, many of our deities, including Rama, Vishnu, Brahma, and Indra, accomplished the Shiva Linga Pratishta. Everyone has accepted this process, and it has turned into a ritual. No matter their age, anyone can perform prishta. Karthika Masam is highly preferred for such pujas. The steps to follow to perform Shiva Linga Danam are After Linga Danam and Pratishtha, pujas should be performed regularly. Various sevas offerings with Snana, Dhupa, Deepa, and Naivedya are the primary objectives of this puja. Sacred water will be used for the Rudrabhishekam ritual. Regular sevas and abhishekas shall be offered to Shiva Linga. The blessings of Shiva shall always be with the performer of Linga Danam and their entire family. Shiva, who creates, guards, and changes all that exists, is the universe’s father. Reciting Om Namashivaya maintains mental balance and removes sadness. Shiva Linga Pratishta Procedure Shivatmika Lingas are usually carved in stone, though they may also be adorned in gold, silver, copper, etc. The Sutra and Vedi must be followed for the Linga to be built. Since Maheswara is the Linga and Uma Devi is the Vedi of the Shiva Linga, the Linga and the Vedi should be put together. The bottom portion of the Shiva Linga represents Brahma, the middle part represents Vishnu, and the upper part represents Maheswara. As a result, establishing the Linga, Upahaara, Gandha, Dhupa, Deepa, Snaana, Havana, Bali, Stotra, Mantra, and periodical pujas should be done with great devotion. Perfect completion of the Linga Pratishtha is required after covering it with “Kusha” and “Vastra.” In addition to reciting Rudra Mantras, one must perform “Abhisheka” by using sacred waters that have been pre-deposited in “Kalasas.”. Chandana, Bhasma Lepana, Dhupa-Deepa, Naivedya, and other “Upachaaraas” are then offered for five days, three days, or at least one day and night, along with Vedaadhyayanaas, as well as Nritya-Vaadana, Taala-Veena, and Stutis, which should be performed with devotion and dedication. The Karta must arrange “Nava Kundaas,” which can be nine Kundas, five Kundas, or at least one; it must also perform “Nyaasa,” face east, and recite Shiva Gayatri, which is Tatpurushaaya Vidmahey Maha Devaaya Dhimahi Tanno Rudrah Prachodayaat, or Pancha Vaktraayaaya Vidmahey Sahasraakshaaya Mahadevaaya Dhimahi Tanno Rudrah Prachodayaat, or at least by Pranavanaada of AUM Every kumbha should have new vastras decorating it, along with gold, silver, and ratnas.
