In Gokarna, the Pitru Dosha is performed in a Yagashala. Here, we will explain the detailed procedure for booking the Gokarna Pitru Dosha Pooja online. Pitru Dosha Pooja is performed to remove Pitru Shaap. An elder from the family should perform this puja. It is advisable to perform this puja on an Amavasya day. The puja duration is 3 hours and 30 minutes. This puja is performed to appease the ancestors’ souls. Thila Homam is performed to remove Pitru Dosha. The Thila Homam count starts at 1008 and goes up to 10008 Japa Sankhya. Typically, 5 to 7 Brahmins will be performing this ritual. The higher the dosha severity, the higher the Japa Sankhya.
