1. Travel during Usha Kalam (before Sunrise) is advisable.
2. Vidiya, Thathiya, Panchami, Sapthami, Dasami, Ekadasi, and Trayodasi during Shukla Paksha and Krishna Paksha are good for the travel
3. Chaturdasi in Shukla and Krishna Paksha is not good for travel
4. One should not travel on Amavasya and Purnima days.
5. Not to travel towards the East on Saturday and Monday
6. Not to travel towards the South on Thursday
7. Not to travel towards the West on Sunday and Friday.
8. And north on Tuesday and Wednesday.
9. Murgasira, Aswini, Pushyami, Punarvasu, Hastha, Anuradha, Sravanam, Moola, Dhanishta, and Revathi stars are good for Travel
10. Pubba, Purvashada, and Purvabhadra stars are not good for travel
11. Makha, Jyesta, Bharani, Kruthika and Birth stars are not good for Travel.
12. One can travel after checking Tharabhalam and Chandrbalam
13. Sampath Thara, Kshema Thara and Sadhana Thara are good for travel.
14. Mithra and Paramitra are not good for travel
15. Janma Thara and Vipathara are not good for travel.
