Reasons of Sarpa Dosha

Idol specification for Naga Pratishta Pooja
- The idols selected shouldn’t be taller than the temple’s main deity in the sanctum sanctorum.
- The statues selected should not depict mating snakes but rather a pair of snakes facing the devotees with their hoods facing them.
- Usually, idol will be between 1 and 1.25 feet tall
Pooja Dress Code
- Gents: dhoti (white) and shirt or kurta and pyjama.
- Ladies: Saree or Salwar Kameez (with Pallu Compulsory).
- All devotees are requested not to wear clothes such as T-shirts, jeans, etc., as the same is strictly prohibited, irrespective of any age group.
