TTD Accommodation Online booking is available at ttdsevaonline.com
Guidelines for TTD Accommodation Online booking
- T.T.D will release accommodation online at 12:15 a.m IST every day, website will be active from 9:00 A.M Till 12:00 A.M IST.
- TTD Online website will undergo maintenance between 12:01 a.m to 8:59 a.m, and Quota will be released at 12:15 a.m.
- Pilgrims can book Accommodation online a day before to 60 days in advance, Booking is permitted for the same day.
- Pilgrims are allowed to perform two transactions using one Login ID, and the same ID will be active for reservation after 60 days. We would advice to use 2-3 Login IDs with different profile names and Photos.
- One must provide Active Contact number while booking ticket for future communication.
- Devotee should carry two printouts of confirmation mails along with original proof of ID, whose profile photo is printed on the ticket.
- Please note that pre-ponement / post-ponement/ cancellation is not allowed. No such facility exists either offline or online.

At the time of room allotment, you need to deposit Rs.500 as caution deposit. This amount will be refunded when you are vacating room.
This is usual thing followed at any hotels, if there is any damage then it will be easy for them to recover the damage amount from the caution deposit.
Don’t worry, you complete amount will be refunded while handing over the room keys.

Room will be allotted randomly, 4 persons can accommodate in Rs.100 room. You can check-in anytime between 12:01 pm to 23:59 pm and it is 24 hours policy. From the time you check-in.

I booked eDarshan tickets and got confirmation email also but now when I am trying to login in TTDsevaonline.com, its showing error user id/password is not correct even when I am giving correct information.
Even when I am trying to click on forgot password, the website says email id is not registered however I have received booking confirmation email on same email id.

I have booked vishesha pooja tickets for my parents on March 7th 2016. And the accommodation for the same day 00:00AM to 11:59AM(first slot). Is it possible to check in to the room on March 6th night at around 9PM. or we need to check in after 6th Midnight. Please advise.
I got to know that room allocation office will be closed after 9PM and will be opened the next day in the early morning. If that is the case, my parents are going to miss the vishesha pooja.

CRO counter will be opened for 24 hours. They can’t close the counter at any point time.

One day extension is allowed which means, if you book on 2nd Apr 12:01 – 23:59 slot you can extend room at 3rd 12:01-23:59 slot, you check out on 4th Aprt between 12:01 – 23:59 pm.

2. Walk to CRO office. There is a separate counter available for internet bookings.
3. Show the printout to the staff and show the photo ID original.
4. Staff allots cottage and room number after checking the availability
5. Walk or take TTD free bus and get down at Cottage. Show the receipt which you got it from the CRO counter.

I want to have darshan and mundan for my daughter who is going to turn one year this July. Since we parents can get special entry thanks to our daughter, I want to only book the accommodation. We also wanted to see all the near by places like Papavinasham, Srikalahasti and the famous Rama and Ganesh temples within 60 Kms of Tirupathi this time. But for that we need two days accommodation. Though myself and family members would reach Tirupati on 15/11/2016, my brother in whose id the accommodation is registered, would be able to reach on 16/11/2016 and for the same we have booked darshan also. Please clarify whether we can avail the accommodation if we bring the printout of the booking confirmation without the presence of the person who booked the accommodation. We could produce the identity proofs of my brother if required

yes your kid is less than a year then you are eligible for infant darshan and timings are 8:30 am to 10:30 and 12 – 6 pm . once tickets are booked there is no cancellation policy.

Their is no provision for cancellation of accommodation ticket in ttd.it will be great if you introduce this provision. Why because to visit Tirupati for the dharshanam of lord Venkateswara the pilgrims has to see the availablity dharshanam, accommodation and train tickets for both onward tickets and return tickets. This is the normal process generally the pilgrims as following. You know that for train or dharshanam tickets we need to book in advance otherwise there is no scope to visit. What ever may be the advance period you give 60 days or 90 days in between the pilgrims come across with so many situations where pilgrims sometimes may not visit. In that scenario he has to cancel the tickets, there is provision for cancellation of train tickets with high charges. But their is no provision for dharshanam and accommodation tickets in TTD. As per my opinion there should be a provision where the advance tickets are issuing. Hope you consider above my request
