Getting Room without Recommendation Letters

Rooms will be allotted at C.R.O Tirumala for the Pilgrims on a First Cum First Serve Basis. Room allotment Counter is available for 24 hours. Pilgrims do follow Queue system at CRO Office Tirumala in Queue System. At the time of Allotment pilgrim should display Originla photo ID proof. Note that room is not allotted for one single person. Minimum 2 persons required.

Getting Room with Recommendation Letters

Pilgrims should submit Recommendations Letters at separate cell which is available at CRO Office Tirumala.

Rooms will be allotted on receiving Recommendation Letters. Please carry carry Original Photo ID proof as it is mandatory for room allotment.

Getting Room using Donor Passes

Pilgrims can submit Donor passes at Donor Cell at CRO Office Tirumala. On receiving donor passes, rooms will be allotted to the concern person after Original photo ID proof verification.

 

Above process looks simple in steps but not in reality at Tirumala Room allotment counters, It will take time even with Recommendation Letters as many pilgrims reach C.R.O Office Tirumala with Recommendation Letters.

So one needs to have patience at the counters, you letter will work there with extra time.
