TTD has taken a decision to facilitate Rs.300/- Special Entry Darshan, Arjitha Seva advance booking ticket holders as well the pilgrims who have booked accommodation in advance, shall postpone their date of darshan or cancel the tickets till May 2020 in view of Corona Virus threat. The amount will be refunded to such pilgrims. The devotees who have any doubts regarding the cancellation of tickets shall mail to [email protected] for immediate response.

the Health Department and Medical Wing of TTD are gearing up to make the arrangements to run the camps at both the footpath routes and also at Alipiri Toll Gate with enough number of Paramedical staffs and medicines as well as the screening equipment for the sake of the multitude of visiting pilgrims with the support of Engineering department which has set up the camps at these places.

TTD has provided the option of a change of dates or refund on cancellation for devotees holding Arjitha Seva, Rs.300 darshan and accommodation that are booked in advance till May 31.

In view of Government of India not issuing visas to foreigners till April 15, TTD has also appealed to both NRIs and foreigners to postpone their pilgrimage to Tirumala for 28 days from the day they stepped in India.

The crowd rush to Tirumala has reduced and devotees with time slots could have easy darshan without waiting in the Vaikuntam queue lines.

It has been instructed to allow only 250 devotees in each compartment of Vaikuntham Queue Complex as against the usual figure of 450-500 people to avoid infectious spread if any.

    I have sent a mail regarding postponement for seva tickets to dyeotemple.gmail.com .But there is no reply from them.Can you clarify on this~
    We have booked for Suprabhatam seva on March 23rd.But due to Corona virus effect we want to postpone it.We don’t want refund.we booked accommodation as well on those days .Can it be possible??
