TalaKona Forest Guest House Rooms Booking Rules

  1. Check-in Time: 3:00 P.M and after.
  2. Check-Out Time: 2:30 P.M.
  3. Four persons are allowed to occupy one room and Rs. 100/- will be charged for additional occupancy, the maximum limit is 6 No’s per room.
  4. Alcohol is Strictly Prohibited.
  5. No room service will be provided.
  6. Please carry photo identity proof.
  7. There will be no refund for any unforeseen calamities which may occur during the event.
  8. Fares are exclusive of Food charges.
  9. If there is any type of Office or Official meeting then online bookings will be cancelled and coordinator will communicate guests two days in advance.
  10. The visitors will be charged with the cost of replacement or repair cost for any damage made by them during their stay at the guest house.
  11. Advance booking required as rooms are limited.
  12. Sat and Sun will be fully occupied.

    Hello,

    Online booking is not working since several weeks for the website seshachalavanadarshini. com to book Loghut-3 cottage. When called the contact number, have been told everytime that site will be up tomorrow. We have planned for 2 night stay in Talakona on 1st & 2nd April 2016. As the planned date is nearing and we have the problem ongoing which isn’t allowing us to book the accommodation, we are extremely worried of this.

    Please help us at the earliest to block the LOGHUT-3 cottage for 5 people to the above said dates and provide the account number to which amount needs to be transferred?

    I Damodar visited Talakona and stayed at log hut 5. they charged 1200 (twelve hundred) per day on
    31st of may 2016.(Direct booking). But according on line tariff is not that much . can i get my extra payed money back now by showing receipt.
