Marriage Hall Booking Procedure

  1. Bride must be 18 years and above.
  2. Groom must be 21 years and above.
  3. Only Hindu arranged marriages allowed in these trust rooms.
  4. Advance booking required for the Hall as Trust Halls are limited.
  5. 8 Marriage Halls are available for Booking.
  6. Hall Capacity: 150 – 300 members.
  7. Open Hall and Closed Halls available for the event.

Penchalakona Marriage Procedure

  1. Marriage Hall Cost includes Hall rent, Water and Electricity charges.
  2. Food arrangements such as Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast will be charged extra
  3. Hall Decoration, Mandapam decoration, Pooja materials, Nadaswaram – hall and Full set, Purohit – 2 No.s will be charged.
  4. Hall allotment Timings: 3:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Subjected to availability.

Marriage Registration

  1. Only Marriage receipt will be provided after the marriage.
  2. Reciept will be provided on providing ID proofs photocopy.
  3. Bride and Groom’s parents Photo ID proof required.
