Mawsmai Caves Entry fees, Timings, Route info, Best Time to visit
This natural formed Rugged Limestones caves is 6 Km from Sohra, which is on the way to Bangladesh Border. At present, 150 mt inside the cave is open for public access, the remaining part is closed. Lighting is available inside the caves. This is the longest caves in Meghalaya. It is 1 Km from Mawsmai Village to the Caves.
Cave illumination, Cave Exit path, Steps construction was done on 12 Jun 2000.

Mawsmai Caves Timings: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm.
One must leave cave before 5:30 pm. Cave remains open on all days.
Best Time to visit: Dec-Jun.
