      Dear Madam,
      I would suggest you to visit Kukke if possible as it will not cost much at Kukke temple. I need to look at the charged again. Usually, it takes 25-30k which includes Pratistha and engaging preist. Rs.5100 is just ticket price which does include priests and pratishta charges

      You can perform Naga Pratishta. No need for Sarpa Samskara Pooja. There is no online booking. It is on arrival purchase over the counter. This pooja will be performed daily..
