e-Darshan counter remains closed on Tuesday.
ID proofs required
PAN Card / Voter ID / Aadhaar Card/ Driving ID/ Passport /Ration Card/ School ID/ College ID.
Children under 12 years don’t need Seva or Darshan tickets. It is free entry for them.
Advance booking is allowed 60 days in advance. Rooms and e-Special Darshan tickets can be booked at Counters.
How many Laddus issued for Rs.300 ticket?
2 Laddus per ticket can be availed from the counter. Please carry Small change of Rs.3 to purchase Laddu Cover.
Can I get extra Laddus in Tirumala?
Yes, Extra Laddus can be purchased in person at the counter. Extra Laddu cost Rs.50 each.
What is the Room allotment counter Timings in Tirumala?
Counter opens at 6:00 am and close by 10:00 pm.
What is e Darshan Counter Timings in Tirupati?
8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Daily.
What is the Best day to visit Tirupati?

Steps to be followed while booking
Keep your ID proof details in hand
Make sure your bank account is having good balance if you are using Debit Card.
Have patience while booking, it may go up to 2 hours
Photo dimensions should be 150 x 150, it should not exceed 20 kb. Try to limit your photosize to 18 kb
For multiple bookings, please create additional login IDs
If you are facing error “Booking limit exceeded” , try booking from different ip
Only one photo needs to be uploaded while booking. For the second person it is only details required
Children below 12 years don’t need tickets. It is free entry for them.

At e-Darshan counters, I can buy seva tickets exactly 60 days from today, is it right?
