Marriage halls in Tirupati Temple cost from Rs. 200 to Rs. 600. Marriage is performed outside the temple in a mandapam. Marriages are performed in a mandapam near the main temple. Kindly note that only Hindu-arranged marriages are allowed at Tirumala. Simple and grand weddings can be performed in Tirumala. The hall capacity varies from 50 to 500 members. No marriages are allowed before the main deity or inside the temple. Keep in mind, you cannot perform a marriage near the main temple. The timing for standard hall allotments in Tirupati and Tirumala is fixed. One should submit the required documents before booking a hall. You should provide photo ID proof, address proof, and age proof details. Tirumala Temple is a Nithya Kalyanam Kshetra, so marriages are performed on all days. People often advise against searching for the exact date and time on Tirumala Hills. All dates and times are considered auspicious at Tirumala.

Devasthanam and Trust marriage halls are available at Tirumala. Devasthanam Halls are available at SMC, TBC, ATC, and MBC. You can set up Kalyana Mandapam outside the cottage. This mandapam can accommodate 20–150 members easily. TTD marriage halls can provide 5 to 6 rooms. Trust or Mutt halls offer 15 to 30 rooms per mandapam. TTD allocates the marriage hall and rooms at 3.00 p.m., which is the standard allotment procedure. Additional costs will apply for other arrangements, including decoration, Purohit, Sannai Melam (Nadaswaram or Bhajantrilu), puja articles, and catering service. It is advisable to plan an open-hall marriage during the summer and winter. It might be difficult during the rainy season.
TTD Marriage Halls Booking Procedure
- The bride should be 18 years and above.
- The groom should be 21 years and above.
- Both the bride’s and the groom’s families should be Hindu.
- TTD halls only permit Hindu-arranged marriages.
- The bride’s and groom’s 10th mark sheet, birth certificate, or transfer certificates are required.
- The bride’s and groom’s Aadhar card photocopies are required.
- The bride’s parents’ and groom’s parents’ Aadhar card photocopies are required.
- The bride and groom’s unmarried certificates are required.
- Unmarried certificates should be sealed and signed by the MRO or Thasildhar.
- Parents from both sides should be available for the hall booking.
- Marriage hall booking opens on the 90th day from the date of the marriage.
- Parents’ consent is mandatory for the marriage.
- If parents are absent, you must submit valid supporting documents.
Trust Marriage Halls Booking Procedure in Tirumala
- The bride should be 18 years and above.

Darshan and Kalyanotsavam After Marriage
- After marriage, 6 members (the newlywed couple) and 4 other members are allowed to have a Special Entry Darshan (Rs 300 ticket), provided to the 6 members.
- At the laddu counters, six people will receive six laddus (one each) free of charge.
- Daily, 20 tickets were reserved for the newlywed couples’ Kalyanotsavam.
- These tickets were issued on a first-come, first-served basis at the CRO office.
- The provided Kalyanotsavam Seva ticket will be for the next day’s Seva.
- Please note that the SED ticket darshan is available only for the TTD marriage halls and Kalyana Vedika weddings.

Marriage halls in Tirumala are located at a walkable distance from the main temple. Devotees can enter Thiru Mada Street from the mandapam. Newlywed couples can participate in Darshan while wearing their wedding dresses.
Marriage Hall Cost in Tirupati Temple
Marriage hall costs start at Rs. 15000. It is advisable to book the marriage hall 3 to 4 months in advance. Marriage halls and rooms should be booked in advance to avoid last-minute allotments. Upanayanam, Shastipoorthi, and marriage will all take place in the marriage hall.
