Men: White Pancha, Dhoti/ Kurta, Pyjama.
Female: Saree with blouse/ Punjabi Dress with Dupatta / Chudidhar with Dupatta/ Half Saree

Importance of Sankatahara Ganapathi Vratham

It is mentioned in the Ganesha Purana that, this Vratham was performed by Lord Krishna and Brahma. This Vratham will be performed on Chavithi Day which comes after Pournami.
