Kukke Sarpa Samskara Pooja Procedure

Day 1

1. Pooja performed for 2 days.
2. One must reach Kukke a day in advance to get the actual ticket.
3. Unconfirmed tickets will be released to the waiting list.
4. Three months advance booking available for the Pooja Tickets.
5. One must take a holy dip in Kumaradara River followed by Adi Subrahmanya Swamy Pradakshina for 3 times.
6. Reach Mantap located close to Adi Subrahmanya Temple.
7. Seating arrangement as per the Janma Nakshatra.
8. One priest will be allotted for a family.
9. After Pooja, Temple will be providing the Lunch at 1:00 pm and Dinner at 6:00 pm.
10. Relax for the day.

Day 2

1. Bathing in Kumaradara River.
2. After Pooja, one must take blessings from 11 Brahmachari Priests followed Go Pradakshinam.
3. Breakfast available at Dining Hall.
4. Naga Pratishta will be performed at 12 pm for the group of devotees.
5. Prasadam will be provided to the devotees.

Kukke Sarpa Samskara Pooja Prasadam

1. One must have this Prasadam daily for 12 days without break.
2. One can Prasdam after bath and before having food.
3. Not to consume Non-Veg on these days.
4. No Garlic and Onion allowed in the food preparation for these days.
5. Sweet can be made out of the Coconut.
6. Pooja Prasadam not to be shared with others.
7. Dhoop sticks can be lit and used in the Pooja room.

Kukke Sarpa Samskara Pooja Instructions

1. One must not visit any other temples after this Pooja.
2. Not to perform during Pregnancy and Menstrual cycle.
3. Pooja can be performed after 8 days of the Menstrual cycle.
