This palace was built in 1874 by the King Jayaji Rao Scindia and the palace stretches over an area of 28.48 acres. The palace is 100 ft Long, 50 ft wide and 41 feet in height. This is a three-storeyed building, the First floor reflects Tuscan architecture, Italian-Doric on the second floor and Corinthian on the third floor. It cost Rs.1 Crore for the construction and was designed and built by the European Architect Sir Michael Filose.

Entry for the visitors will be closed by 3:45 pm when there is a high profile visit. Entry ticket can be purchased on arrival at the counter for the same day. No advance booking available for the palace entry tickets.
