Dolotsavam Seva Description, Timings, Darshan and Dress Code

Dolotsavam or Unjal Seva Reporting Time:  11:30 am at Supadam Entrance.

Devotees will be allowed for Darshan followed by Seva at Aina Mahal near Dwajasthambham. Dolostavam starts at 1:45 pm.

Children under 12 years don’t need Seva tickets, it is free entry for them.

Dolotsavam (Unjal Seva) in Tirumala

In Dolotsavam ritual, the Idols of the Lord Sri Venkateswara and His consorts Sri Devi and Bhu Devi are seated on the Unjal or Swing in the Aina Mahal or Addala Mandapam, that is the Mirror Hall, opposite to the Ranganayaka Mandapam. The entire area is lit with Lamps. During Dolotsavam ritual, the priests chant Vedas to the accompaniment of the Mangala Vadhyam or the Sacred Musical Instruments.

Each  Seva ticket holder will be given with 2 small laddus after this Seva at Laddu Counter. At the conclusion of the Seva, the ticket holders are also sent for the darshan of the main deity Lord Sri Venkateswara in the sanctum sanctorum. Seva Ticket holders are merged with other Paid Services Queue line while allowing for Darshan.

Dolotsavam (Unjal Seva) Tirumala, the Ticket booking process is available online.

    Hello kamal, need your feedbacks below.
    1) what is the time required to travel from tirupati to kalahasthi ( just usual visit ) and returns back to tirupati. Bus frequency.
    2) Other than TTD package in Tirupati can we get private cabs for 6ppl to visit Temples in Tirupati and what are the charges they charge. Can u share phone no for local cabs.

      1) Bus frequency high. Every 15 – 20 mins there will be departing kalahasti.

      Hi Madam,
      Dolostavam seva starts at 1:45pm and reporting time is 11:30am at supadham entrence in tirumala after seva there is dharshan

    I WANT BOOK THIS DOLOTSAVAM POOJA ON 29TH MARCH WITH 9 ADULT & 1 KID 4 YR WHAT I HAVE TO EXACT TO PAY AND AS REPORTING TIME FOR THE POOJA IS 11.30 AM AND POOJA STARTING TIME IS 1.45 PM HOW LONG THE POOJA PERIOD AND WILL GET THE DARSHANAM OF LORD VENKTESH DIRECTLY.
