TTD Darshan Tickets for kids

TTD Darshan Tickets for Kids is not required up to an age of 12 years. 

It is always advisable to carry age proof which holds photo ID proof of the child, as T.T.D staff may demand age proof at the Entrance if they are unsure about the child’s age. Children can accompany parents without any Ticket for Sri Venkateswara Swamy Darshan at Tirumala.

Children don’t need Seva or Darshan ticket up to 12 years of age. It is free entry for them.

TTD Darshan Tickets for kids

Infant i.e children up to 1 year have special entrance via Supatham Entrance. Supatham Entrance which is 100 ft approx from Vaikuntam Queue complex entrance, Tirumala. Through Supatham, Infant and His parents are allowed without any ticket. Infant and His/Her Parents/ Siblings will be allowed from morning 08:30 a.m till 10:30 a.m and 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm. It is always advisable to carry Age proof like Birth Certificate for Infant,t if Infant is close to one year. Sometimes Staff may demand the age proof of the Child at the Supatham Entrance.

      Sorry to say that, Speical entrance is available for Infants up to 12 months. For kids up to 12 years there is no ticket.

      Supadam entrance is only for Infants below 1 year of age. Could you look for e-Special Entry Darshan or Rs.300 tickets online at ttdsevaonline.com .

    Sir, I will be travelling with my family to tirupathi on Sept 18, 2015. My father is of 76 age, will they allow one attendant with him for special entry & my child just completes 1 year on Sept 17, 2015, will he also be allowed.

      Only infants below 1 year of age, that too they are allowed only with valid age proof. Yes, attendant is allowed with your father, It would good if any kid below 12 years of age can join with him. Otherwise you need to provide medical certificate stating health condition and requisition letter.

      Please carry birth Certificate for the baby for Supadam entry. Infant and parents are allowed thru supadam right from 8 am till 5 pm.

      Reporting time at Supadam should be 2 hours prior to Darshan time. E.g if you want to go for Darshan at 10 am then you should report at 8 am.

      Supadam is at free of cost, no tickets required for the entry. Please carry age proof id or birth certificate for the baby.
      As it is required at the time of entry at supadam. Right from 8 am till 5 pm , infant and parents are allowed thru supadam.

    I have read the above comments, need some clarification, with my family(my wife 1 son 1 daughter=4 members) i want to make thirupathi darshan in the month of october 2015, i have 1 son and 1 daughter. my son age is 3 years old and my daughter age falls on october is 9 months, i have a age proof of my son, but dont have age proof of my 9 months daughter, are we need to BOOK ticketS for all my family members to enter SUPATHAM entrance?

      To access privileged Darshan, age proof is required. Entry thru Supadam is free of cost, no ticket if you carry age proof for the infant.

    we will be reaching to tirrumala on October 24th 2015 5:Am for my baby girl -below 1 year talanelalu and we are total count of 25 people .In them 4-senior citizens ,1 infant with parents-3,below 12 years age -4,adults-14 people.
    My questions are below & please answer them

        Children are coming with their parents but they are not eligible for infant child special darshan for my infant child talanilalu function in tirumala.
        So,Can you people allow them means our relative childrens with my infant baby along with myself &my wife.

          Children is allowed along with Infant Sibling, Special entry Darshan is meant only for devotees who needs more attention.
          Relatives won’t be permitted thru Supadam. Relatives children will not be allowed thru Supadam as staff demands for ID proof and children and parent.

      Supadam entry is only for infants below 12 months of age and for senior citizen ladies it is 60 years and above.

      Is you mother and father are senior citizens if so they can avail the benefit . Men should be 65 and above, women 60 and above.
      Darshan timings for Senior Citizen is 10 am for which reporting time is 8 am and next slot is at 3 pm for which reporting time is at 1 pm.

      Yes, you are allowed at 10 am thru Supadam, but Supadam will be closed during Brahmmotsavam which is from 16th sep – 24th sep.

      Other than Brahmotsavam days, it is free entry for infant and senior citizens.

            Dear Surendra,

            Laddus to be collected at Laddu Counter. Ticket will be stamped in the Darshan Line only then you can collect Laddus and Extra Laddus from Laddu counter.
            If it is 9 – 10 am, 9 am is the reporting time and 10 am is the actual darshan time, it takes 2 hours for Darshan.

            It is subjected to availability, recommendation letters service is first-cum-first serve.

      2-3 Darshan slot means, 2 pm is the reporting time at SMC 211 and 3 PM is the actual Darshan time. By 5 pm or 5:15 pm you will complete Darshan.

      Another possibility is thru Divya Darshan tokens , tickets only for the pilgrims who reach Tirumala by walk.
      If you start early by 3 am or 4 am, then you can have Darshan on the same day.

    Iam a navy officer.. I read about the supadam darshan.
    I am coming with my wife , 2 yr old son and my parents aged 60 yrs and 55 years respectively.
    But my parents are dependent card holders issued by navy headquarters..my query is are they allowed in supadam entry for defence person..
    Also my brother is a NRI wat proof does he require to show for supadam entry

      Yes, you can avail special entrance thru Supadam. Infant entry is available from 8 am till 1:30 pm. But Supadam will not be avilable during Brahmotsavam days. Plan you trip on a weekday, Tue-Wed is preferrable so that you crowd will be minimal and you can quick Darshan ( 1 hour 15 mins max).

      Without birth certificate, staff will not consider the request. Is your trip already planned ,if not you can postpone by a day so that crowd will come down.

      I can understand, it is better to carry birth certificate as it is for TTD records. As they need to document while allowing devotees.
      Usually staff will not question if it is 2 months baby, Usually random checking will be there at Supadam as it is special entry Darshan which is meant for privileged persons and no one can access this.

    We have a daughter whose age is 9 months. We will be visiting tirumala on September 27 2015. The Supatham entrance timings are 8 am to 1:30 pm as you mentioned in the above posts. But, should we be reporting at that entrance before 8 am or can I go to the entrance at 11 am or 12 pm? Is there any restriction on number of people they allow in this entrance?

      Yes, Infant, Mother and Father are allowed Supadam, Relatives are not allowed. Yes, please do registration at Supadam 2 hours in advance. Report at Supadam by 9 am so that you can go for Darshan at 11 am.

    1). We have booked e-special darshan ticket for 6-7 pm slot on 27th sep’ 2015. Do we still have to be in queue for darshan ? What is the approx. time to complete the darshan for the e-special entry ticket.

    2).We have bought 6 e-special darshan ticket , but now one more person is coming with us, Since we have bought ticket from 6-7 pm slot and now online quota is also showing full. In this case how to bought ticket for the extra person?

    3). If due to some problem one person (with special darshan ticket 300/-) is not able to make it to darshan , can that ticket be transferred to other person ?

      1) Darshan time for Rs.300 ticket will be 1 hour waiting time + 2 hours Darshan time.
      2) If the additional person is a Kid below (12 years of age) then ticket is not required or Senior Citizen then they can have Darshan thru Supadam.
      3) Tickets are non transferable.

      1) 22nd Oct is the last day for Navarathri Brahmotsavam so crowd still be there in Tirumala on 23rd Oct. Accommodation will definitely take time in Tirumala. Other options, after reaching Tirupati, please go to Srinivasam complex( opp. Tirupati Bus station) or Vishnu Nivasam (walk able from Railway station), Rooms here are allotted On Arrival.

      2) No, amount will not be refunded, there is no cancellation procedure for Darshan tickets.
      3) Rs.300 Darshan line starts at SMC 211. Please check your inbox for the route map.

      No need to mention your kid name booking. Please have 2 hours planning for Mundan. Mundan will take 30 mins and it takes 15 mins to reach Rambageecha Guest House and 20 mins for bathing.

      Either plan darshan for 5 pm – 6 pm slot or mundan should be planned at 2 pm.

      Infant certificate is mandatory (original), You can carry Driving License or PAN card. You can carry small bag to keep all these documents, it is allowed.

      In this case, create 7 login IDs so that you can book 6 tickets per login IDs
      Children below 12 years don’t need tickets, it is free entry for them.

      Using 7 login IDs you can book 7 rooms, 7 * 5 = 35 persons. Create one more login Id to book 1 additional room.
      Use different ID proofs of different person each. Don’t book on the same name.

    Dear TTD, we are planning to come from US and got a 9yr old girl and 8month old boy kids. We are trying for seva tickets. Should we get Suprabhatham or so, concerned that minimum age for kids is 3 years for sevas.

    1. Is there a infant/kids care center at tirumala where we can keep the 8month old one for couple of hours as seva is completed

    2. We can’t risk to leave kids at the aco…as the girl is not used to staying alone like that with baby

    3. How flexible can it be if the baby is sleeping all the time during such early hours

    4. Could we still take them along but one of the parent stays little far with the months old like at the drinking water area inside temple untill suprabhata/nijapada seva happens and quickly just take turns (each parent) to complete the darshan

    This is first visit of baby to Tirumala Sri Venkateshwara and we are getting his first hair offered and have annaprasana also there with prasadam of Lord Venkateshwara. We did the same for our daughter also.

    Hoping a positive revert and a way to go with blessing of Lord Sri Venkateshwara

    We are planning to visit on 7th May . We will be 5 adults and 2 kids in the group. My family include myself, my wife and our 9 months old daughter.

    Do i still need to make “special darshan booking” to avoid crowd ?

    Is there a way so that other family would be able to join us with special entry? I believe if we will take “Special Entry Booking” for them , they should be allowed to proceed together….correct me if my assumption is wrong.

      If you all want to go together then it should be either Rs.300 ticket or Seva ticket.

      If anyone is group is senior citizen then they can avail special darshan http://gotirupati.com/senior-citizens-darshan-tirumala/

      Try to book seva tickets for May month if possible for the best experience. Try to book Suprabhatham, Archana, Thomala, Astadala pada padmaradhanamu, nijapada darshanam tickets if possible. May month quota will be released online 1st Apr at 11 am.

      One can book 2 tickets using one login IDs. As you are planning with your kid, try for Nijapada darshanam as other seva will not allow kids under 3 years of age.

      If you don’t get the tickets then you can go for Rs.300 tickets.
      –
      For 5 adults, you would 3 login IDs to book 5 tickets. ie . 2 (1st login ID) + 2 ( 2nd login ID) + 1 (3rd login id).

      You can ask others to try for Suprabhatham, Archana, Thomala, Astadala pada padmaradhanamu, nijapada darshanam tickets if possible.

      Please book 12 pm – 1 pm darshan slot so that you can manage all activities.

      On arrival, please visit Rambagicha Guest HOUSE (paid service for hair offering) .It will not take more than 35 mins. After having bath you can visit Adi Varaha Swamy temple and then join darshan line

      You are allowed to report till 12:30 pm.

      Please be there at tirumala by 8:30 am

      Yes, 7 pm is ideally good.
      If you start by 6 am, it will take 2 hours 30 mins to reach Tirumala. by 8:30 am you wil be in Tirumala another 20 mins walk to Vaikuntam I entrance.
      Darshan waiting time will be 3 hours max. so you can complete darshan by 12 pm – 12:30 pm (max). And you can relax till evening and join Rs.300 darshan line. Darshan will be completed by 9:20 pm

      Please let me know the date so that I can let you know if it is good to go with Supadam or Rs.300 Darshan. For Supadam Darshan, advance booking is not required, you can come directly for this entry darshan.
      Supadam Darshan depends on the crowd. If it is weekend, then it is advisable to go with Rs.300 .

    while booking in ttdsevaonline, i am adding all adults details ( passport numbers or PAN card numbers Or Aadhar Card Number.) .
    And three children, age less than 6 years. I am not adding these children details, as their age is less than 12 years. But , photo proof ID cards required for these kids?

    And, while entering for special dharsanam, is it required to bring Originals of ID proofs ( passports, PAN cards, Aadhar NUmbers ) or, Xerox Copy is enough ???

Will it be ok if i take Rs 50 ticket on 11th and do Darshan or its better to take Rs 300 ticket? If we can get darshan in 2-3 Hours using 50 Rs Ticket I would like to go with it.

      HI Sir,

      On arrival you can directly goto the supatham entrance between 8:30 am to 10:30 am and 12 to 6 pm are the timings with your baby id proof and they will allow into the darshan its free of cost for baby parents. if you aleady booked 300 rs tickets than again you can go to the darshan from atc car parking.

    We book 5 members online darshan ticket online and not mention 6 month baby detail. we got the confermation at 3PM darshan. I was not aware if we have a baby of less than a year then we will be having Supatham enterence facility .

    So now can we go via Supatham enterance with baby (we have birthday certificate of that baby and he is 6 month old)

    My mother age is 67 father is 68 & one child is 3years old.second baby is 1 year &1month.so allowing free dharshan for my second baby as a parent

      With your parents you can send your 1st baby for the darshan and if your second baby is above 1 year not allowed

      Yes it is compulsory to show your id card in few situations like if it is not available then you can carry the xerox copy or any other id proof you can carry.

      For Infant Dharshan birth certificate or medical certificate is mandatory according to the TTD.(Tirupati Tirumala Devastanam) and only the father and mother are allowed for the dharshan along with the child

      for infant dharshan the child should be below 1 year and only the parents of the child is allowed to the dhashan and if they have a kid below 12 he/she is also allowed.
