Tirupati Marriage Rules, Booking Procedure, Tirumala Marriage Package cost

Marriage Hall allotment Timings: 3.00 pm to 3.00 pm the next day (24 hours)

Room allotment for Marriage: 3.00 pm onwards

Marriage Hall capacity: 50 members to 500 members.

Tirupati Marriage Rules and Booking Procedure

  1. The Bride must be 18 years and above.
  2. The Bridegroom must be 21 years and above.
  3. Only Hindu arranged marriages are allowed at Tirumala
  4. Parents from both sides must be available for the marriage.
  5. If one of the parent is not alive, the other parent can perform the marriage
  6. Hall booking opens on the 90th day from the date of marriage.
  7. Marriages at Kalyanavedika may be performed in Groups, depending on the Muhurtham.
  8. The Bride and Groom have to submit Unmarried certificates availed from the Local MRO/ Thasildhar

Required Documents for Tirupati Marriage Booking

  1. Bride and Groom’s Aadhar Cards/ Passport (First and Last page) Photocopies
  2. Bride parents and Groom parents’ Aadhar Cards photocopies/ Passport Photocopies
  3. The bride and Groom’s Driving License/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Birth certificate/ 10th Mark sheet is required for Age proof
  4. A residential certificate from the Thasildhar/ MRO can be submitted if Aadhar Card/ Passport is not available.
  5. A parent’s Death Certificate is required if the parent is not alive.

Marriage Registration at Tirumala

  1. Bride and Groom’s Aadhar Cards/ Passport (First and Last page) Photocopies
  2. Bride parents and Groom parents’ Aadhar Cards photocopies/ Passport Photocopies
  3. The bride and Groom’s Driving License/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Birth certificate/ 10th Mark sheet is required for Age proof
  4. Marriage Invitation card
  5. A receipt from the Marriage Hall in-Charge stating Marriage details
  6. Three Witnesses along with their Aadhar Cards photocopies
  7. The registration office is located at SMC Tirumala

Newlywed Couple Tirumala Darshan Procedure

  1. For marriages at SMC/ Kalyanavedika, Bride, Bridegroom and 4 other members can avail of Special Entry Darshan.
  2. For marriages at Mutt Halls, Darshan booking is required for all.
  3. Newlywed couples can avail of Kalyanotsavam tickets for the next day’s Seva at CRO office Tirumala. 20 tickets are reserved for Newlywed couples (within 10 days of their marriage). A marriage Photo and Aadhar Cards are required for the booking.

Marriage Halls are located behind the main temple (0.5 to 1 Km). It is advisable to book the hall in advance as halls are limited. All required services will be provided for the marriage.

Tirumala Rooms Booking for the Guests

  1. For Marriages at Kalyana Vedika, Devasthanam will allot one Rs.50 room Free of cost for 24 hours.
  2. For Marriages at SMC, two rooms will be allotted for 24 hours ie from 3.00 pm to 3.00 pm.
  3. For Marriages at Mutt Halls, there is no limit on the room bookings. One can avail of a maximum of 30 rooms for marriage booking.
