Tirupati Darshan, Seva Tickets Refund procedure

TTD is refunding all Arjitha Sevas, Darshan and Accommodation charges as per the cancellation policy.

TTD has commenced steps for refunding all arjitha sevas booked by devotees during lockdown period and beyond from March 13-May 31 through e-Darshana counters, post office and online bookings.

The devotees are requested to send details of their tickets; bank account numbers and IFSC code to the designated email: [email protected]

After verifying the details provided by the devotees the amount will be transferred online.

Tirupati Darshan Updates and Opening Date

In view of lockdown to restrict Corona COVID- 19 virus till May 3, the TTD has decided to continue the suspension of the Srivari darshan till 3May.

All Kainkaryams will be performed as per the agamas in Ekantham.

Arjitha Sevas booked online can be cancelled online. For Lucky Dip booking, please select Transaction History

Select “Seva Electronic Dip” option to view the Booking history

Click on “x’ option to cancel the Arjitha Seva for the refund.

SMS and e-mail will be sent as the confirmation for the cancellation.

For bookings made offline like e-Darshan counters, post office etc, please send an e-mail to [email protected]

  1. i cancelled my booking for seva viseshapooja by online on 03/04/2020 and received cancellation message sent by TTD TIRUMALA ON 03/04/2020 BUT so far amount is NOT credited to my bank a/c ; kindly clarify with TTD for delay
