Tirupati Balaji Udayasthamana Seva Booking Procedure, Seva cost and Availability

Mandatory Dress Code for Pilgrims:
Gents: Dhoti (White) & Shirt or Kurta & Pyajama.
Ladies: Saree or Salwar Kameez (With Pallu Compulsory).
All pilgrims are requested not to wear clothes such as T-shirts, Jeans etc as the same is strictly prohibited irrespective of any age group.

Tirupati Balaji Udayasthamana Seva Booking Procedure

  1. The Donor who donates Rupees one crore is entitled to avail of USSES privileges on Sunday/ Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday/Saturday and who donate Rs.1.50 crore are entitled to avail privileges of USSES only on Fridays.
  2. The allotment is restricted to only one ticket per donor either individual or company and the allotment process will be first come first served basis through an online portal.
  3. The validity of USSES for individuals is 25 years or the lifetime of the donor whichever is earlier.
  4. The validity of USSES for Companies/Firms is 20 years or till the Company/Firm ceases whichever is earlier.
  5. The donor who donates Rupees One crore can choose a date from the available list and the donor will be permitted to avail of the privileges every year on the same date. In any case, if the seva date falls on Friday for the donors who donated Rs.1.00 Crore, the seva performance date will be automatically changed to the next day i.e. Saturday for that particular year without intimation.
  6. The donor who donates Rs.1.50 crore can choose an available day from the list and the same day donor will be permitted to avail of the privileges every year.
  7. The Donors must be Indian Nationals, which are accepted in Indian currency only. Foreign currencies will not be accepted.
  8. The donated amount is neither refundable nor transferrable under any circumstances.
  9. All the bookings are final. Change of date is not allowed once allotted.
  10. The USSES ticket is not transferrable. Proxies are not allowed to redeem the privilege.
  11. The admission for the seva is restricted to 6 (six) members including donors. The donors are allowed for the following sevas on the date/day allotted.
Tuesday to Thursday Suprabatham, Thomala, Archana, Astadala padapadmaradhana [Tuesday], Thiruppavada seva [Thursday], Kalyanotsavam, Dolotsavam, Arjitha Brahmotsavam, and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva.
Friday Suprabatham, Abhishekam, Thomala, Kalyanotsavam, Dolotsavam, Arjitha Brahmotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva.
Saturday, Sunday & Monday Suprabatham, Thomala, Kalyanotsavam, Dolotsavam, Arjitha Brahmotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva.
  1. In future, for any reason or under any circumstances, if any of the Arjitha seva is cancelled or made Ekantham permanently, Donor has no right to challenge the same and cannot demand to participate in the seva which is going to be performed in Ekantham.
  2. TTD reserves the right to postpone/prepone/cancel/convert the Arjitha sevas under extraordinary circumstances. For example, due to the COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the Government, the Udayasthamana Seva holders are allowed to Break Darshan instead of Arjitha sevas.
  3. One Pattu Sariga Duppatta, Blouse Piece, 25 small laddus, One Big laddu, Five Vada and Medallion (One time only) will be given every year on the day of seva. The donors can collect the said Prasadams/Bahumanam at the designated counters in Tirumala.
  4. Privileges are applicable only for the same calendar year and will not carry forward to the next year.
  5. For any reason, if the donor is unable to attend the USSES on the fixed date of that particular year, actual members nominated by the donor at the time of registration will be allowed for seva/ darshan on submission of the authorization letter from the donor.
  6. The donor shall upload his/her life certificate every year before participation in the seva.
  7. In respect of individual donors, the donor has to provide specific details i.e. Name of the Donor/Aaddhaar card no. /Pan card no. /Mobile no. /Date of birth/Email Id at the time of registration. On successful registration, a link will be sent to the donor’s registered mail ID to complete the online registration process to avail of privileges.
  8. USSES donors are provided with a one-time privilege to Add/delete/change the names of the accompanying members during their entire Term.
  9. In respect of companies/firms/Trusts, the authorized person has to provide certain details i.e. companies/Firms registration number, TAN no., authorised person signature, and Email Id at the time of registration. On successful registration, a link will be sent to the registered mail ID to complete the registration process to avail of the privileges.
  10. The authorised person is permitted to provide a maximum of six persons to avail of the privilege. He/she has to register the names of the members attending the seva/ Darshan up to one day in advance in the online portal and they will be allowed for darshan/sevas duly verifying the original ID proof along with an authorisation letter from the company/firm.
  11. In respect of companies/firms/Trusts, the authorized person has to provide certain details i.e. companies/Firms registration number, TAN no., authorised person signature, and Email Id at the time of registration. On successful registration, a link will be sent to the registered mail ID to complete the registration process to avail of the privileges.
  12. Carrying original photo identity proof of the Donor and other accompanying members at the time of entry towards the performance of seva/ Darshan is mandatory. Without an online receipt and photo ID proofs, Gruhastha will not be allowed to perform the seva/Darshan.
  13. Postponement /Preponement will not be entertained in the normal course. In some exceptional cases in the event of necessity postpone/prepone request received from the Donor will be considered by TTD. If there are valid reasons, subject to payment of prepone/postpone charges
  14. If the sevas are made Ekantham on any day due to special occasions/festivals in the Temple, the Donors will be allowed to postpone their seva date free of cost.
  15. Donations will not be accepted in the name of Minor.
  16. The TTD reserves the right to revise/modify terms and conditions from time to time without assigning any reasons thereof.
  17. The allotment of Udayasthamana seva [USSES] offered by the TTD at its option, is a token of appreciation for the generous amount given by the donor and hence cannot be legally demanded. Further non-observance of or lesser performance or non-performance or providing any or all of the above privilege to the donor can never be constructed as a deficiency in service by TTD and can never be questioned by the donor in any courts of law.
  18. The donors are eligible to get Income Tax Exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

Accommodation (1 room) for 3 days in a year free of cost, If the Donor desires to avail of higher tariff accommodation, the same will be provided on payment subject to availability at Tirumala.
