1. Children below 12 years of age don’t need tickets.
2. For more tickets, you need more login IDs. If you are getting error as ‘Quota exceeded” then try to booking using different IP address
3. Children above 12 years need separate ticket
4. For Kalyanotsavam, one unmarried will be allowed by paying Rs.300 at Supadam entrance.
5. Only one photo is required while booking, that is primary person’s photo.
6. Primary should be present at the time of reporting without which ticket will not be valid
7. Seva tickets not transferable. Seva booking date can’t be changed.

9. Please carry Original ID proofs, as it is mandatory for security checks.

11. If your online ticket booking is successful then, the ticket will be listed under booking history.
12. Only the ticket holders on whose name tickets were issued will only be allowed, relatives will not be considered.
