Tirupati Accommodation Cancellation Policy and procedure

1. The devotees are allowed to cancel rooms in online up to one day in advance.
2. Base fare will be refunded and the refund will be credited back to the account on which transaction was made.
3. Room cancellation is not available one day before check-in irrespective of check-in slots.
4. The amount will not be refunded if the person is not availing the room under any circumstances.
5. Refunded amount might take 2 -3 weeks depending on the payment gateway terms.
6. Cancellation can be initiated in the Transaction History and status can be monitored.
