Tirumala Marriage Process and Booking Procedure

The Tirumala Marriage Process caters to both modest and extravagant weddings. Only Hindu weddings are allowed in Tirumala. Interreligious marriages are not permitted on Tirumala Hill. Tirumala is the holy abode of Lord Venkateswara. Tirumala is a Nitya Kalyana Kshetra. It is believed that those who are married at Tirumala will stay happily together. It is said that one shouldn’t look for muhurtham if you are getting married at Tirumala. Tirumala is considered a holy place on Earth, where many people visit the temple frequently. Lord Venkateswara, as a boon-giver, stands in the sanctum sanctorum. Daily, 60,000 to 90,000 devotees will have darshan during normal days.

Samuhika (group) and individual marriages can be performed based on their budget. For a small group of 10 to 20 members, marriage can be performed at Kalyana Vedika. For a medium-sized group of 30 to 80 members, marriage can be performed at SMC, ATC, and TBC. For a larger group of 100 to 300 members, a marriage can be performed at a closed marriage hall.

It is a standard allotment for marriage halls in Tirumala. Hall will be allotted from 3 p.m. to 3 p.m. (next day).
