Golden Chariot will be performed daily but not on Festival days.

Offering garland made out of Vellerukku or Vilvam (Bilwa Patra) or Lotus or Champa, Mandarai or Padiri or Sengkaluneer (Red Water Lilly) or Ponnarali to the deity is auspicious. Sandal, KumKum and Viboodi can be offered as well.

Best Time to visit: Sep to May

Sivaratri festival days will be crowded and Darshan might take 1 hour 15 mins to 2 hours. Vaikasi Visakam Car Festival will be performed in a grand manner. Lakhs of devotees gather during this time to pull the Ther.

Annadanam will be performed daily to 120 members.
