Our Sanskriti & Gyan Temples Pooja, Darshan, and Timings The Stree Shapa Nivarana Puja in Gokarna is performed in a Yagashala. The puja duration is 3 hours. Anyone can perform this puja regardless of the dosha. Stree Shapa occurs when a woman curses a person or a family. Any harm to a woman might cause this dosha. It can be physical, mental, cheating, causing death, etc. This might affect the person and their family members. Stree Shapa might cause marriage delay, mental disturbance, pregnancy delay, frequent abortion, financial loss, and differences between family members, and much more. The Stree Shapa will be removed along with the Pitru Dosha puja. During the Thila homa ritual, the Stree Shapa Praschitha homa will be performed. One should perform this puja with utmost devotion and sincerity. The Stree Shapa from a known or unknown person can be removed. It is advisable to perform this puja on an Amavasya day. - Ladies: saree or salwar kameez.

Puja Instructions To Devotees
- One should refrain from consuming non-vegetarian food for three days before the puja.
- A woman can perform this puja after the fifth day of her menstrual cycle.
- If there is a death in the family, you can perform this puja after six months.
- A Brahman can perform this puja on your behalf.
