Sringeri Accommodation booking procedure

  1. The room will be allotted on arrival for 24 hours from the time of check-in.
  2. Online booking is not available for these cottages.
  3. The room will be allotted on First-cum-First Serve basis to the devotees.
  4. Room will have basic amenities such as electricity, Cot and Water facilities
  5. Photo ID proof required at the time of room allotment.
  6. The room allotment will be done at Information Office which is right next to the main temple.

How to reach Sringeri Temple?

By Air

  1. The nearest international airport is at Mangalore which is 102 km away
  2. Sringeri Mutt is 380 km from Bangalore International airport

By Train

  1. Sringeri Mutt is 97.9 km from Shimoga Railway station
  2. From Birur Railway junction temple is 137 km away

By Road

  1. The direct transportation is available from Bangalore which is 319 km away
  2. From Mangalore temple is 116 km away. The direct bus is available from Mangalore as well.

      You have to book the accomadations before one week because due to weeekend rooms availability is difficult on private accaomadations if the temple accomadations are not available.
