      Divya Darshan will take more than 16 hours. If you start on 19th dec night, you can complete Darshan by 21st Dec.

    Hello

    I want to know if there are any cloak rooms / locker rooms in Thirumala. I will be staying in Tirupathi and have booked a Sheegra Darshan. I assume that i will have to enter the Q complex – but will there be a place to keep a backpack as i assume that this will not be allowed in. What about mobile phones and water bottles ?

      Dear Guru,

      You can safely deposit your belongings at free locker facility available at Pilgrims Amenities Centers. Locker will be allotted on depositing Rs.500, this amount will be refunded on returning keys.
      No electronic gadgets are allowed inside queue line. Water will be served in the queue line.

          Near CRO office there is a PAC available, near to Tirumala bus station. It is just 5 mins walk from Tirumala bus station. Tirumala bus stops here.

      Yes, it might take little longer time over the weekends. If possible, please book Rs.300 tickets for 19th darshan.

    Sir, after reaching Tirumala by walk through Alipri route, in case if the accommodation is not available at Tirumala, whether locker facility available near Temple for keeping the luggages.

      Yes, you can deposit your luggage at Pilgrims Amenities center, where locker will be allotted on paying Rs.500 and this amount is refundable.
      It is opened for 24 hours. PAC is available next to CRO tirumala Tirumala

    Hi Sir,
    I booked the 300 rs ticket on 27-Dec-15.(9-10AM) for dharshan. I will be reaching tirumala on 26-Dec-15 eve, Whether I can get clock rooms easily without much hassle., if so, Will that be for 24 hours or more. I can understand we need to pay 500 as deposit (Refundable), near to CRO center-PAC.

      For Cloak rooms will be easily available on depositing Rs.500, which is refundable at any PACs in Tirumala. As you will be getting at Tirumala bus station so only I’m suggesting PAC near to CRO. There are 4 PACs in Tirumala.

      It will take 2 hours 15 mins to reach Tirumala. Divya Darshan will take 2 hours for darshan.

      Luggage can be safely deposited at Pilgirms amenities centers while going for darshan.

          Please prefer Alipiri Route so that you can have plenty of eat outs along the path. If you planning to start early then wear sweaters.
          Rs.500 – 4 members can easily accommodate
          Rs.1000 – 5 members
          and the list goes on

    Hello ,

    I have below questions. Please guide me. I have booked my train ticket during april.

    1) I will be getting down on renigunta and planning to walk to tirumala. Please let me know how to start this .I read few posts and it says, Aipira is the point to start. Are the shoes allowed on walkway, I learned that its not allowed. Please clarify this doubt.
    2) If I start from 4 P.M to walk, I believe it will take 4 hrs to complete walk. so whatever darshan passes I will get can I use it next morning 6 a.m darshan. I will have two kids with me ( 6 months old and 3 yrs old, is there any seperate queue if I start from darshan at 6 a.m and can I use the passes which I got for walkway piligrims
    3) E-accomodation can be done only for 1 day, while I am planning to stay 2 days at tirumala, what I should do for accomodation. As 1 person can book only 1 room, and I will be traveling with 4 people , can I use the same room. Is it allowed?

      Dear Ganesh,

      Please plan this way

      1) After getting down at Renigunta Railway station, just walk for 2 -3 mins to reach Renigunta Bus station which is straight opposite. Bus frequency is quite high to Tirupati
      2) Don’t plan for Divya Darshan, it is advisable to go with infant darshan http://gotirupati.com/infant-entry-in-tirumala/
      3) One day extension is allowed , just visit CRO office for room extension. if the crowd is too high then room extension will not be easy for all other days it is easy process.

        2) Infant darshan is allowed for kids below 1 year. I have one kid with 6 months old and another with 3 yrs old, is it allowed for both the kids, because I need to take my both kids with me.

    I am planning to arrive at Tirupati on 8th March morning 6.45am. I am accompanied by my wife, son (9yrs) and parents – total 5 members. Will 1 room be sufficient to accommodate all of us? Which type of room and where (Vishnu Nivasam or Srinivasam Complex) would you suggest I book the room(s)? We will be vacating next day morning.

    Also, when I check availability for rooms online, the time slots are shown as 00:00 to 12:00 and 12:00 to 23:59. Are the rooms available for one day or for 12 hrs slots?

      Yes, 1 room is enough for 5 members. Srinivasam complex is good and it is near bus station. It is for 24 hours check-in rule

      Apr month quota will be released online on 4th mar at 11 am

      Here is the procedure to be followed for Tirumala

      1) Before taking steps path, plan to visit Kapila Theertham in Tirupati, wash your feet and hand and sprinkle water on you head from this pushkarini
      2) Then you can start journey to Tirumala, after reaching Tirumala
      3) Hair tonsuring at Rambageecha Guest House (near to the main temple) in Tirumala
      4) After tonsuring and bathing there at Rambageecha Rooms
      5) Plan to visit Swamy Pushkarini (Srivari Pushkarini) near to main Temple, wash your hands and feet and sprinkle water on your head from this pushkarini. The visit Aadhi Varahaswamy Temple which is at the bank of Pushkarini.
      6) Now you are good to join Darshan line for Lord Venkateswara Swamy Darshan
      7) After completing Darshan, you can plan to visit Sri Padmavathi Amma Varu Temple Tiruchanoor, Tirupati

      On reaching Tirupati Railway station, please get fresh up at Vishnu Nivasam which is right opposite to Railway station.
      Next plan to reach Alipiri Mettu which is 2.5 km from Railway station. TTD free bus will be running with a frequency of 45 mins to Alipiri Mettu

      Divya Darshan Tokens will be issued along the path. As it is weekday, it will be direct darshan line.
      Please deposit your belongings at Pilgrims Amenities Center Tirumala, beside CRO office. Then plan for Darshan.
      After completing Darshan, Ask one person to visit Sri Padmavathi Guest House and second person to visit MBC 34 for room allotment.
      Rooms will be available as it is mid of the week
      Once room finazlied then you can collect luggage at PAC and check-in room.

      Dormitory rooms are free, no need for booking. If you are looking for cot kind of then there are rooms available Tirupati Bus station and Railway station

      But the one in Srinivasam and Vishnu Nivasam are the halls. Devotees used to sleep on the floor by placing blankets or mat.

      3. Sri Bedi Anjaneya Swamy temple right opposite to the main temple

      5. Chakra Theertham, Sila Thoranam, Srivari Padalu – All these places fall under route.

      Crowd is little high in Tirumala Today. Darshan might take 7 hours for Divya Darshan. Rooms are not available.
      Darshan tickets Tirupati Srinivasam complex lo isthaaru.. Rs.300 tickets ki.
      Divya Darshan tickets will be issued at Alipiri Path.

      Room at Srinivasam complex will take 10 mins + 45 – 60 mins for getting fresh up + Bus station is right opposite Srinivasam so 15 mins walk bus station + 20 mins to board + 45 mins to reach Tirumala + On getting down at Tirumala, please walk to Rambagicha Guest House near main temple (25 mins walk) + 30 mins for Hair tonsuring + 45 mins for bath . Now you are good to have lunch and then report at ATC.

      One has to offer hair at Tirumala only. If you still want to offer hair in Tirupati, yes, you can do that at Kapila Theertham which is 3 km from Bus station (straight route from Bus station towards Alipiri)

I heard in the news that there is huge rush and the Sarva Darshan taking upto 15 hours time. I believe we will.be eligible for Divya Darshan.     I am 67 yrs old and coming with my wife from Bombay on 19 th May evening to Tirupaty. No accommodation on line available. My request is
    1. Any locker facility to keep standard size suit cases at Tirupaty and Tirumala. I was told by Vishnu nivasam no locker facility available for suitcases but for bags only.
    2. Since no rooms available atleast suitcases are taken care of inlockers we can stay in halls and finish our darshan at 2pm with 300 rs TKTon 20 and 21st May.Pl hhelp me with guidanace. I appreciate your online help by seeng replies o enquiries.

      Yes, Locker will be available. Tonsuring can be done at Rambagicha Guest House near main temple, it will take 30 mins. It is paid service at Rambagicha which will not cost more than Rs.40

      Yes, you can visit Sriniasa Mangapuram which will take 30 mins from Tirupati. It will take 3 hours by bus to Srinivasa mangapuram and Alamelu Mangapuram.
      Papavinasanam, Akasa Ganga will take 1 hour so you can manage all these places easily

    Tomorrow(02 july,2016), i have planned for tirumala dharshan and coming from Chennai with family (3adults+1kid). Booked Rs. 300 dharsan ticket and dharshan time is 5:00Pm. I am traveling in my own car and starting from chennai by morning 6:00 am. Also, two of us need to tonsure the head and we did not get accommodation in tirumala. My doubts are as below
    * As tomorrow is Saturday, will we get accommodation at thirumala on arrival.
    * if I start by 6am from chennai, can i get time for tonsuring and then reach the dharsan Q on time.
    * Where can i park my car at thirumala if i do not get room and is there any time limit for parking.

    For October 18th accommodation at Tirumala is showing (online) not available where as in the accommodation schedule chart is showing Quota not released. which one is correct. And more over last one month every day two to three times I am checking the status but I did not find any empty accommodation slots for October month for any day.
    please give the necessary information. Already I book the e-Darshan and e-Seva tickets for the same day.

      Bathing rooms are available. Locker facility will be there for luggage depositing. PACs are located right next to CRO office. On reaching Tirumala, please deposit your belongings at PACs.

      Yes, you can return on the same day as Darshan might not take more than 6 hours.

      Dear Sir,
      It takes 4 hours to reach Tirupati. Let say you reach by 7 am and from Tirupati bus station, direct bus available to Tirumala which takes 1 hour. 15 mins to board bus + 60 mins for the journey. By 8:15 am or 8:30 am you will be in Tirumala. 10 mins walk to ATC car parking area from Tirumala bus station. still left with 2 hours 15 mins. So you can easily manage this.

      Rooms are fully booked for 12th Sep. For bathing and luggage depositing, please use the facilities at PACs

From the time train reaches to the time darshan is booked, the gap is 5 hours. Can I reach Tirumala within 5 hours ?     is there any public amenities complex at tirumala where we can bath and take rest after reaching tirumala by foot?

    is there any locker facility available at temple for luggage and mobile phone?

      Hi Sir,
      there is pilgrim amenity center (PAC) in tirumala and there is locker facility available there for keeping laggages and phones and there are amenities to take bath and rest.
