TTD- 3RD DAY OF SRI PADMAVATHI AMMAVARI TEPPOTSAVAM (FLOAT FESTIVAL) ON MAY 31

 

Tiruchanur, 31 May 2015: As part of the ongoing five-day Annual Float Festival, the third day is dedicated to the idol of Goddess Padmavathi. The idol is taken out in a procession from Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple to Pushkarni, situated near the Temple, on Sunday evening.

TTD EO Dr. Sambasiva Rao, Spl Gr DyEO Smt. Chenchu Lakshmi, AEO, Smt. Nagarathnamma, temple staff, and devotees took part.

A direct bus is available from Tirupati bus station to the temple. The temple opens at 5 am daily. The crowd will be high during these special days.
