Yes, 1 year son is allowed for the Seva. But Seva will not be performed during Dhanur Masam

In case we book a arjitha brahmotsavam or vasantotsavam on 11th December (Sunday) , what will be the Darshan time taken tentatively after the pooja. please confirm as we are planning to book tickets accordingly. Is the crowd likely to be very heavy during this period?

Darshan might take 1 hour 15 mins after Seva. Darshan entry will be from Supadam.
