Since Sarpa sApa is supposed to be the cause, astrologically, Sarpa dosha has become rather important. Sarpa Dosha is interpreted astrologically in different ways. Sarpa dosha is said to occur if Rahu is located in the Lagna, 2nd, 5th, 7th, or 8th house, or if there are malefic planets such as Rahu, Kethu, Mars, Saturn, or the Sun present in three Kendra Sthanas (1, 4, 7, or 10).
Dress Code
- Gents: dhoti (white) and shirt or kurta and pyjama.
- Ladies: saree or salwar kameez (with pallu compulsory).
- All devotees are requested not to wear clothes such as T-shirts, jeans, etc., as they are strictly prohibited, irrespective of age group.
