Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary Timings, Safari details, Opening and Closing Hours.

This Sanctuary stretches over an area of 578 Sq. Km. It is located in the Aravalli hills in Pali, Rajsamand and Udaipur districts. It is located at an altitude of 500 to 1300 mt. This was named after the historic fort Kumbhalgarh.

This Sanctuary is inhabited with Wolves, Leopards, Sloth bear, hyena, Jackals, Jungle Cat, Nilgai, Chinkara, Sambar, Chausingha etc.

Commonly seen birds are  Red Spur Owls, Parakeets, Peacock, Indian Golden Oriole, Bulbul, Grey Pigeons, White Breasted Kingfisher etc.
