The conversation lead to the Greatest among them. Adi Sesha should hold the Mount Meru, while Vayu should remove the mount from the clutches of Adi Sesha. Vayu efforts went vain and in anger broke the hill. The pieces of Mount Meru fell on the Earth. One such piece is the hillock of Thanthondrimalai. This temple is also called Then Tirupati.
