Karthika Brahmotsavam Chandraprabha Vahanam 2015, Tiruchanoor Temple Tirupati.
Holding a pot with full of butter in one hand and a ball of butter in other hand, Goddess Sri Padmavathi Devi amused the pilgrims as “Venne Krishna” on the lovely Chandra Prabha Vahanam on Monday evening.
Giving a serene look, the Chandra Prabhav vahanam was also tastefully decorated with white jasmine floral garlands matching the occasion. After riding Surya Prabha Vahanam in the hot sunny day, the appearance of Goddess on Silver linened Chandra PrabhaVahanam in the dark evening provided a soothing feel to the souls of tens of thousands of devotees who thronged to witness the glory of Goddess.
Chandra represents brain and mind, emotions and sensitivity, softness and imagination. The moon is considered a planet and infact one of the best planets to be born under as it promises wealth and happiness.
