The annual Brahmotsavam begins on Chaitra Suddha Shasti Day and ends on Chaitra Suddha Dasami Day.

It is a free entry for all devotees to witness the divine wedding of Lord Rama with Mother Sita.

The crowd will be minimal during weekdays. However, the temple will be crowded heavily on Sri Rama Navami Day, Vaikunta Ekadasi, Vaikunta Dwadasi, Karthika Masam, Ugadi, English New Year, etc. This temple is popularly known for shooting Tollywood movies.

The best time to visit the temple is from October to August. It is 12 km from Shamshabad and 31 km from Hyderabad City. A direct bus to the temple is available from Secunderabad and Hyderabad bus stations.
