- Please carry Original Photo ID to Vijaya Bank Counter , CRO Office, Tirumala
- Counter will be open from 8 am
- Fill the form at Vijaya Bank and Submit at the Counter
- It is bio-metric System, where they will enroll your finger prints
- If your name is picked up in the lucky draw, then you will receive SMS to the registered mobile number
