| Day 1 | Karthigai Deepam Event begins with Dwajarohanam (flag hoisting). Lord Arunachaleswara Utsava deity and Panchamurthigal will be taken out in a procession. |
| Day 2 | Karthigai Deepam begins with Lord Panchamurthigal Indra Vimanam procession in the evening Hours. |
| Day 3 | Lord Panchamurthigal Simha Vimanam procession in the evening hours |
| Day 4 | Lord will be taken out in a procession on Kamadhenu Vahanam in the evening Hours. |
| Day 5 | Silver Rishabha Vahanam in the evening Hours. |
| Day 6 | Silver Chariot Procession |
| Day 7 | Maha Ratham (Rathotsavam). Huge Wooden chariot will be pulled by the devotees. |
| Day 8 | Aswa Vahanam (Huge Horse Vahanam) |
| Day 9 | Kailasa Vahanam |
| Day 10 | Around 4:00 am: Bharani Deepam will be lit at the temple.
Around 6:00 pm: Maha Deepam will be lit on the top of the Hill. Maha Deepam will be lit with the fire from Bharani Deepam. Periya Nayagar Golden Rishabha Vahanam Procession. Teppotsavam will be performed in the Temple Tank. Lord Arunchaleswarar will be taken out in a the procession around the Hill. Girivalam (Giri Pradakshinam). Thousands of devotees participate in this holy event. |
