Tirupati wedding for 400 guests and above, cost, and Booking

The cost of a Tirupati wedding for 400 guests or more. Kalyana mandapam is available, which can accommodate 400 to 600 guests. The wedding hall will be allotted following standard timings, i.e., 3 p.m. to 3 p.m. The wedding cost depends on the arrangements, including decorations, the number of rooms, and the food choice. Pre-booking is advisable for a large-sized mandapam. A separate dining and wedding hall is available. A maximum of 50 to 60 rooms can be booked while the hall is booked. The hall and 13 rooms are allotted according to standard allotment timings. Other rooms will be allotted from 8 a.m. to 8 a.m. the following day. Parking space is available for 50 to 60 vehicles.

The wedding hall can accommodate 500 guests, and the seating capacity can be extended up to 600 guests. The dining hall accommodates 400 guests if a buffet is planned. However, the seating capacity is limited to 200 guests. Two levels of parking are available in the basement. A lift facility is available, which connects the Kalyana Mandapam and dining hall from the parking area. Rooms are located right at the Kalyana Mandapam. 20 vehicles can be parked right before the mandapam.

Tirupati Wedding Hall Booking Procedure for 400 guests

  1. The bride should be 18 years and above.
  2. The groom should be 21 years and above.
  3. The bride and groom should be Hindus.
  4. Only Hindu-arranged marriages are allowed at Tirumala.
  5. Parents’ presence is mandatory for the wedding.
  6. Guardians can act on behalf of their parents if they are not alive.
  7. The bride and groom have to submit their Aadhar card photocopies.
  8. The bride’s parents and groom’s parents have to submit their Aadhar card photocopies.
  9. Guardians have to provide their Aadhar card photocopies (refer to point no. 6).
  10. The bride and groom have to provide their 10th mark sheet or birth certificate photocopies (if asked).
  11. Full hall rent and room charges have to be paid while the hall is booked.
  12. A booking receipt will be issued confirming the payment, which will be used for the marriage registration.

Tirupati wedding for 400 guests and above

The wedding hall does have rooms on either side, which will be allotted for the bride and groom. Rooms are AC and non-AC, whereas the wedding hall is non-AC. The wedding hall can be booked for two days, along with rooms if required. Each can accommodate two members. An extra bed will not be provided. A wedding planner will make the arrangements for additional members.

Marriage Registration Certificate

  1. The Kalyana Mandapam manager will issue a receipt for the Marriage Registration Certificate.
  2. Wedding card
  3. The newlywed couple must provide photocopies of their Aadhar cards and documents proving their age.
  4. Wedding photos.
  5. The Aadhar card photocopies of three witnesses are also required.
  6. The marriage registration office operates from Wednesday to Monday.
  7. A marriage certificate will be issued on the same day after the marriage.

Darshan After Marriage

  1. One should plan their darshan after marriage.
  2. A newlywed couple can enroll in Kalyanotsavam Seva after marriage.
  3. 20 confirmed Kalyanotsavam seva tickets will be issued at the CRO office in Tirumala.
