Shatru Samhara Homam in Srisailam is performed in a Yagashala outside the main temple. The puja duration is 4 to 5 hours. Anyone can perform this puja regardless of their age. Typically, three to four pandits will be performing this ritual. The word “shatru” means “enemy,” and “samhara” means “destroyer.” Shatru Samhara is performed seeking victory in all aspects.
